Why should I hire Central Florida Scoopers?
We have over 19 years of pet waste cleanup experience. We are responsible, professional, insured, and low cost. You don’t like to scoop poop, or don’t have time to do it. You want your children and family to enjoy a poop free yard.
What areas do you service?
We service most of the Orlando area including much of Orange and Seminole counties, but please contact us regarding your specific location.
How often does your company come out?
We offer once and twice per week service, as well as, a one-time only service for special events. Please note that we will clean your yard on your assigned service day, but due to our ever changing routes and schedules, we cannot guarantee a specific service time or day.
Can I request a specific service day?
In most cases you cannot pick your service day. We have a scheduled route so we can keep our prices low.
How am I billed?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. However, most customers prefer the convenience of automatic payments from their credit card or bank account.
Is my personal information safe with you?
We NEVER sell or share your information with anyone.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, you may cancel service at any time.
How can I start or stop service?

How much does the service cost?
Our prices begin at $11 per visit for twice a week and $14 per visit for once a week service. The location of your house, size of the yard, and number of dogs will be factors that will determine your final price. It will always be our goal to keep our prices low and competitive, so please contact us today for your personalized quote.
What other services do you offer?
In addition to our scooping service, we also offer a yard odor control service.
What happens if the weather is bad or you miss a visit?
We will work in almost any weather condition, with the exception of hurricanes, tropical storms, lightning, or severe thunderstorms. We will call you if we are going to miss your scheduled visit. Every effort will be made to make up your missed visit and if we cannot, you will receive a refund.
What if I want to skip a day or I go on vacation?
Please contact us in advance so we do not come to your property. No charges will occur if you provide us with prior notice.
What about the holidays?
In order to spend time with our families, we will not scoop on certain holidays. If we are not able to complete your visit on another day, you will not be charged. The following is our current Holiday Schedule.

Should I unlock my gate?
Yes, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key or code to the lock if available. Please be advised that a full visit charge will be applied if the gate is locked and we are not able to gain access to your yard.
Will the technician close my gate?
The safety of your pets is our #1 priority. Upon entering and leaving your yard we always shut the gate, as well as, tug on it, to make sure it is closed at all times.
Can we work with your dog in the yard?
If your dogs are friendly, we can work with them in the yard. If your dogs are aggressive, then it will be necessary for them to be in the house during our visit.
Do I have to be there when you come for service?
You do not need to be home for us to clean your yard.
Is dog waste good for my yard?
Dog waste may contain bacteria and parasites that can be harmful to your family, pets, and lawn. Additionally, uncollected dog poop is a major contributor to storm water pollution.
How do you dispose of the pet waste?
We remove the waste from your property and responsibly dispose of it at the county landfill.
What services do you offer multi-family communities and homeowner’s associations?
We sell, install, maintain, and service pet waste stations. We also provide common area dog waste cleanup and removal.
